Cette thèse étudie la dynamique relationnelle à l'officine entre un pharmacien et un patient, et donne certaines clés pour l'améliorer. Le pharmacien, en comprenant mieux son patient, pourra créer et maintenir une véritable alliance thérapeutique avec lui, dans le but d'optimiser sa prise en charge. Ainsi, le patient deviendra un acteur de son système de soins.
